Here are a few ways you can contribute that will help us:

1. Communicate with Fellow Nads

We have two main groups for chatting – the Discord and the Telegram.

Everything we do at Monad is about quality – and chatting is no different. The conversations you have are the first thing new members see and engage with, so if you’re having good conversations, we attract good people. Easy.

We love to see welcoming, humorous conversations about technical topics, the industry, current events, and beliefs. We want to push the boundaries and be a place where insane, hilarious, abstract jokes and topics are discussed and evolved by members. This is the fastest way to get roles.

👉If you have conversations that make sense and make our community a better place then you will get Nads role. (If you farm this role, you will probably be banned)

👉Localnads Role for members contributing to regional channels, similar to ‘nads’ but for those communicating and running initiatives in different languages.

👉If you have great creative ideas, and shitpoast well, you get 1)what role

👉If you talk about special interests or post in channels about DeFi, trading, tech or NFTs you can quickly get the Quant role.

👉Similar to Quant, we have both:

🔷 Monartist: A role for people who created good art/memes/visuals

🔷 Monvideo: A role for people who create good video/gif/animated content

👉If you do any of these really well and the community recommends you, then the Running Hot role will be granted.

👉If you stick around then OGNad is for you

👉If you’re a key member of the community, then you will get Mon role.

2. Appreciate Communication Everywhere

Whenever we post from the Monad main account or team accounts such as Keone, Tunez, Bill, James, Intern etc be sure to reply with a joke, a thought, a meme, or anything that makes sense.

Whenever our community posts, we want the comments section to be ripping with replies.

3. Join Our Events

We have two mainstay events every week:

👉On Monday, we have Monad Mondays, which is usually an AMA (ask the team anything) or roundtable (everyone gives their opinions) in the voice channel or twitter spaces.

👉On Wednesday we have Asia/Euro timezone poker

👉On Thursday we have Port’s Poker, a one hour hour poker tournament and voice channel hang.

👉On Thursday there is often a space on Tunez’ account too, figuring out what Monad really is.

Coming to these events is a fast way to become a core community member.

4. Contribute by Writing About Monad

If you want to contribute in a more substantial way, then you can write about Monad and our beliefs.

Remember: There is a lot of noise on twitter. If you are going to do something, do it well. You can check Monad media Kit

If you are going to write about Monad and our beliefs (decentralization, autonomy, open and uncensored transactions, composability, crypto efficiency) then do it WITH PERSONALITY. Inject your opinions, jokes, and controversial takes. There are many projects that have terabytes of content that is never read because it is bland and boring. This will not be us.

Same thing goes for memes. We reward for original pieces like Skilly produces. Skilly has created an entire original sticker and emoji pack for us, along with many one of ones. He has created in his own style which the community has come to love.

So make something unique and authentic to you. If you enjoy deep-fried schizo memes, make em! If you enjoy classic templates then let them rip. If you enjoy memes that nobody understands, we love em all the same.

Some ideas:

👉Create interesting/unique works using Bing Ai

👉Create Monad landscapes/worlds at https://playgroundai.com/create (you could upload the Monad logo and create landscapes using it)

👉Find random wikipedia articles and share information in TG or DC

👉Use ChatGPT to make insightful crypto posts. E.G ‘create a short explainer on what crypto composability is using Wendy’s fast food restaurant as an analogy’

👉Give yourself or somebody else a Monhat using the generator

One of the main takeaways is create authentically to you. Do not create what you think we want to see – create what you want to see. If you’re a musician then create a song. If you’re a photographer then go and take pictures of something and share them. If you write poetry, write poetry and smash it in the general channel. If you don’t do anything then learn something. Spend some time learning a new skill and use Monad ideas and visual cues as a starting point.

5. Check Out #Monad-Missions

We will generally have a Monad Mission going on in the #Monad-Missions channel

These are community missions that have a set of rules and will have rewards for completion. Jump into the channel and see what missions you can contribute to. You have to have Full Access to access these missions.

6. Share Our Assets and Conversations

If you don’t know what to create or you have an idea that you need help with, reach out!

Share on twitter or to your telegram groups or wherever you have an account. Add some personality and describe what you’re sharing and where people can find more – or just leave it without explanation.

Share your poasts with the community and we will all jump in and engage.
